Hellenic Homeopathic Medical Society (H.H.M.S.)
The Hellenic Homeopathic Medical Society (H.H.M.S.) was inaugurated in 1971 in Athens to support homeopathy in Greece. In particular, the HHMS is a medical non-profit organization with the purpose of encouraging the spreading of homeopathic knowledge and practice in Greece and elsewhere, as well as training doctors to become homeopaths.
Within this context, H.H.M.S. organizes seminars and congresses on homeopathy in Greece; in 1976 the 31st World Hom. Congress in Athens, as well as the 43rd World Congress in 1988.
In 1983 H.H.M.S. establishes the National Congresses on Homeopathic Medicine which take place once a year.
HHMS is affiliated with LIGA and ECH
H.H.M.S is the largest Greek national homeopathic doctors' association affiliated with the European Committee for Homeopathy,
H.H.M.S. is also a member of the Liga Medicorum Homeopathica Internationalis (LMHI)

Full Members: in order to become a Full Member of H.H.M.S. a Medical Degree is required and a full and recognized training in Homeopathy.
Currently, HHMS has about 300 members, all Medical Doctors of various specialities.
